Due to the necessary removal of track for the overpass construction on Columbia, the public Run Days on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month have been temporarily suspended.
You can check back here in the coming weeks and follow the progress as we reinstall and realign track in preparation of getting the Railroad up and running again.
Columbia Ave. is currently closed at the railroad crossing. There is currently access to the Club compound. The closure is to last one year during the construction of the overpass. A map of the street detour can be found here.
For the next two Saturdays, there will be no Work Days.
With many of our key people traveling to Train Mountain, there will be no work performed Saturday, June 27.
The next Saturday, July 4, is a national holiday, and no work will be scheduled on this important date.
July 11 will find us back at work. However, as of today, there are still several items of major importance that have not been resolved before we can consider track installation.
We shall keep you advised as things develop.
